As already announced, Dasavatharam will release on the 13th of  June. The producer and the theatre owners have made sure that the most expected movie of the year opens with a bang- Chennai theatres alone will have 115 to 120 shows per day, of Dr.Kamal Hassan’s magnum opus.

Theatres in Chennai include Sathyam, Santham, Devi, Abirami, Swarna Abirami, Sangam and Padmam Inox, Albert, Woodlands, Udayam, mini Udayam, Suriyan, Maharani, Rohini, Kamala and AVM theatres. The open air theatre Prarthana will have two shows. The Mayajaal complex will have 45 to 50 shows per day in all of their ten screens . This means that there would be 120 shows of Dasavatharam alone in a day in Chennai and suburbs.

And in US, Dasavatharam will release with a print of 40, another record of sorts. The movie will be released in over 30 cities and online ticket sales have already begun. Those in US hurry before you regret!!!
