Comprehensive review of the Nokia N97
Eldar Murtazin at mobile-review.com has made a very good review of the Nokia N97. It is very thorough and brings out some previously unknown things about the smartphone.
One interesting thing was the stylus that will be shipped with the N97. Check out the image below:

The stylus looks cool and seems to be functional, but the major worry will be in carrying it as it has to be carried externally. The N97 doesnt seem to come with a normal stylus with a slot in the phone. Anyways, the phone can be used without a stylus and the stylus is just an added feature.
N97 will not have the touch FULL QWERTY or MINI QWERTY keyboard options that were found on the 5800. The Alphanumeric mode and the handwriting recognition will be the only software based input methods in addition to the hardware QWERTY. Having the software based QWERTY touch keyboard would have been nice since we can use this virtual keyboard without having to slide open the hardware one. Having the touch FULL QWERTY or MINI QWERTY keyboard options doesnt cause any other side effect, so it makes me wonder why Nokia decided to remove these options.
The N97 seems to have better music playback quality than the Nokia 5800 and has a play time of 35 - 36 hours, which is pretty impressive. Have to test that in the real world though. The 5800 really wasnt that good when it came to music, eventhough it had the XpressMusic tag.
The review also provides some deep insight into widgets on the N97. They look pretty neat and can really be handy.
